‘To be healthy as a whole, mental wellness plays a role’.

In an attempt to combat the stigma against mental health, Uddeshya observed World Mental Health Day in style. After a scintillating play on the obstacles faced by those who suffer in silence, a short film on various mental disorders was screened with the motive of educating and sensitizing people regarding this issue. The day ended with a pledge to battle the stigma associated with such disorders and showing empathy to those who suffer instead of looking down upon them.
